It's been a long time, but worth the wait! Many modules have been overhauled and tracks relayed where needed ensuring smooth running, even with very long trains.

Here's a glimpse of one of those long trains cruising around the layout on display at The Burnaby Railway (BCSME) over several weekends in August and September 2022.

At Western Rails 2015, held at Cameron Rec Centre on March 15, 2015, the club layout took second place in the Best of Show Award! Way to go gang! Hard work on the modules at the recent workshop paid off!

At TRAINS 2014, held at Cameron Rec Centre in November 2014, member Jake Schreurs took the prize for Best Module at the show! Congratulations Jake!

At the Chilliwack Lions Train and Hobby Show in October 2014, the popular vote for best layout put Vancouver TraiNgang's modular layout into second place! Well done all, and thank you to the many fans who voted for us!

The British Columbia Society of Model Engineers is celebrating it's 85th anniversary this August. Most folks probably know the Society as the Burnaby Central Railway.
